If possible, please finish using the medicine page or pages you were looking at before completing the questions. You can leave this window/tab open while you do that, and come back to it when you are ready (you will need to make sure you do not close your browser.)

You can also click or tap on the Yes button in the banner on the medicines pages at any time to reopen the survey if you do close this window/tab.

In the survey, you will be able to feedback on more than one page if that is what you want to do.
